Operation True Promise I

In Iran’s official account, "Operation True Promise I" was the response of the Islamic Republic’s armed forces in April 2024 to Israel’s strike on the consular section of Iran’s embassy in Damascus, launching large numbers of drones and missiles at designated targets. Iranian sources describe it as a deterrent and proportionate action.
